The Constructivism Movement influenced the trends and movements such as Bauhaus and De Stijl. Changing and showing its influence within many artistic fields, such as Architecture, Theatre, Film, Design and many more.  It was created in Russia and showed the ideas of Cubism and Futurism. Constructivism was to communicate to the mass and show their ideas to everyone.  I think that Joao Oliveira’s work has been inspired by Moholy-Nagy’s work during Constructivism because you can see the similarities within the shapes and direct lines used within both images. I like both images, however I prefer Joao Oliveira’s piece as there are more bright colours used and various shapes and forms. Joao Oliveira uses different programs to create his images, for this image he used Photoshop to get all the different colours and shapes to overlap and to be able to alter the opacity on certain sections in his image.
